Ss14 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ss14 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ss14 website, mobile application, or any services provided by ss14 (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the Platform immediately. ss14 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms at any time. Such changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. Anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from registering or using any ss14 services.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of ss14 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently terminated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. ss14 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Identity verification may be required during registration or when processing high-value withdrawals. Requested documents may include a national ID, proof of address, or bank account details. This information is used solely for verification purposes and is protected in accordance with the ss14 Privacy Policy.
3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
As an ss14 platform user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information at registration and whenever requested to update such information.
- Not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or contrary to these terms.
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage any systems, servers, or networks associated with the Platform.
- Not use any automated software, bots, scrapers, or other unauthorised tools to access or interact with the Platform.
- Not share your account with anyone else or allow others to access your account.
- Comply with all local laws relating to online gambling that are applicable in your location.
Any attempt to manipulate or defraud the platform — including but not limited to the use of risk-hedging strategies that contravene platform rules — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated winnings and the closure of your account.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ss14 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local payment methods listed on the platform from time to time. ss14 does not accept cash payments or foreign payment methods without an approved conversion.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method. Details on deposit limits are available in your account section once logged in. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the specified timeframe; any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors are beyond ss14's control.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to identity verification procedures, which may take up to 3–5 business days to process. ss14 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or if verification requirements have not been fully met.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ss14 are subject to separate rollover requirements and validity periods. Users are encouraged to review the specific bonus terms before accepting them.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ss14 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ss14 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including financial losses from gambling activity, service interruptions, or technical failures.
Ss14 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled or unplanned maintenance may temporarily render the Platform inaccessible. Users are advised not to rely solely on the Platform's continuous availability for storing any critical information.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, and software on the ss14 Platform are the property of ss14 or its respective third-party licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content without prior written consent from ss14.

The ss14 Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. ss14 has no control over the content or policies of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss arising from the use of such websites or services.
6. Account Closure, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ss14 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legitimate operational reasons. Upon closure, any valid account balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete, subject to no outstanding claims.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the ss14 customer support team via email at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
Changes to Terms
Ss14 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via a notice posted on the Platform or to their registered email address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the ss14 Platform shall be resolved through a process mutually agreed upon by both parties. Users acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the local laws applicable in their country or region.
